Ten years ago, after being laid off from a teaching job I loved, I found myself working overnight shifts at Target, unloading trucks and stocking shelves. It was a tough time, but I used those long nights to listen to audiobooks and podcasts on neuroscience, psychology, and exercise physiology, all while pursuing my master’s degree. Those moments of determination and learning laid the foundation for what would become Mind.Body.1.—an innovative company dedicated to mental and physical performance.

Today, Mind.Body.1. has grown into a leader in enhancing well-being through workshops, tools, and programs that have impacted students, athletes, and professionals alike.
