We are seeking a Mental Coach to join our team at MB1 Connect. The ideal candidate will have a background in psychology or a related field, along with experience in conducting brief mental coaching sessions and creating content on mental skills, stress management, and other mental health topics.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Conduct brief mental coaching sessions with members of the MB1 Connect network

- Create compelling content on mental skills, stress management, and other mental health topics for the MB1 Connect platform

- Moderate the MB1 Connect network, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for members

- Collaborate with other MB1 Connect team members to develop and implement mental health programs and initiatives

- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in mental health and wellness

 

Requirements:

 

- Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field

- Proven experience in conducting mental coaching sessions and creating content on mental health topics

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Passion for mental health and wellness

Mental Coach for Brain A.C.T.I.VE.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Mental Coach to join our Brain A.C.T.I.V.E. training team. The Mental Coach will be responsible for creating brain training tasks that involve inhibition, working memory, reaction, and other cognitive skills. They will also be responsible for programming and creating weeklong training protocols. The ideal candidate should have a background in psychology, exercise physiology, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop cognitive tasks that improve inhibition, working memory, reaction, and other mental skills.
- Create and implement weeklong training protocols for participants.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the Brain A.C.T.I.V.E. team to ensure the program is successful.
- Monitor participant progress and provide feedback on their performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research in cognitive training and implement new techniques when necessary.

Qualifications:
- (Preferred but not Required) Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, exercise physiology, or a related field.
- Experience in designing and implementing cognitive training programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Knowledge of the latest research in cognitive training.
